DataGauss XL-LG - Degausser for hard disks

With the help of the DataGauss XL-LG-Degausser, you are able to erase not only standard hard disks but also large hard disks and back-up tapes. Storage media with a size of up to 6½" x 1⅝" x 4½" (165mm x 42mm x 114mm) can be quickly and easily eliminated without any problems. The LG version features the unique Data Destruction Auditor, which ensures documentation of deleted hard drives.

The DataGauss XL-LG has been developed to erase especially large hard disks and magnetic tapes reliably and without much effort with a magnetic field. The device has an impressive strength of 9000 Gauss, which allows data media to be deleted easily and safely.

The Data Destruction Auditor allows to create printable reports with various information about the erasing process. The system can be operated stand-alone, but also has the possibility to be connected to the PC via USB. Hard disks, DLT, SDLT, 3480's, LZO4 and other data carriers can be deleted quickly and with hardly audible results.
